In the five years since its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Western Australian company TFS (ASX Code – TFC) has reached a market capitalization of over $220-million (August 2009).
TFS holds a strong balance sheet with low levels of debt. In addition to this TFS has a vertically integrated business model meaning shareholders of parent company TFS Corporation hold an interest in Sandalwood production from soil to oil.

Mr Wilson is the founding Chairman, major shareholder and Chief Executive of the ASX listed TFS Group. He was previously the Managing Partner of the legal firm Wilson and Atkinson (for 16 years) which has established a reputation as a leading Australian taxation litigation and advisory law firm.
Mr Wilson has extensive experience in the forestry sector and comes from a strong agricultural / forestry family background. He is a Governor of the University of Notre Dame.
Mr Eacott is the Managing Director of Expo Document Copy Centre (WA) Pty Ltd, a leading company in the reprographic industry.
Mr Eacott is highly experienced in company management with previous positions including State Manager of Union Steel (seven years) and national Manager (New Zealand) for Elders Pastoral (three years). He was the former State Manager (WA) of Boral Steel and later Boral Cyclone over an 18 year period and plays an active role in the community.
Mr Myles has been an investment adviser since 1987, working in Sydney, London, New York and Perth. Since August 2000 he has worked as a Senior Investment Adviser at Bell Potter Securities in Perth.
Mr Myles has wide experience in finance and capital markets both here and in overseas markets. He was actively involved in the float of TFS Corporation Ltd on the ASX in December 2004.
Mr Murchison is a Chartered Accountant and founding partner of the WA based equity investment fund, Foundation Capital.
He is also a former director and chairman of Mt Romance Australia Pty Ltd prior to its acquisition by TFS. He has had extensive involvement in the production and marketing of West Australian sandalwood oil and associated products.
Mr Thompson is a former senior executive of News Corporation, and a former Managing Director of Community Newspapers Perth Print and the Super League Perth. Among his achievements was the building and commissioning of a $100 million printing works for Perth Print, a wholly owned subsidiary of News Corporation. As Director Sales and Marketing, Mr Thompson has increased MIS sales volume and revenue by over 150% since 2007.
Mr Croot holds over 39 years of experience in the agricultural industry developing a range of horticultural, agricultural, wholesaling, nursery and pastoral businesses throughout Asia. Since 1991 Mr Croot has been an active member of the Kununurra community, holding positions on a variety of regional organisations. He is now Chairman and Managing Director of a large nursery business that supplies Indian Sandalwood seedlings to the Kununurra Indian Sandalwood industry.
Mr Megson joined the TFS Group in January 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Prior to that he was a partner in the tax and business services division of chartered accounting firm - Pitcher Partners. He has been a chartered accountant for over 15 years as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Taxation Institute of Australia.
