	Frank Wilson EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN Mr Wilson is the founding Chairman, major shareholder and Chief Executive of the ASX listed TFS Group. He was previously the Managing Partner of the legal firm Wilson and Atkinson (for 16 years) which has established a reputation as a leading Australian taxation litigation and advisory law firm. Mr Wilson has extensive experience in the forestry sector and comes from a strong agricultural / forestry family background. He is a Governor of the University of Notre Dame.
	Quentin Megson Chief Financial Officer Quentin joined the TFS Group in January 2005. Prior to that he was a partner in the tax and business services division of chartered accounting firm - Pitcher Partners. He has been a chartered accountant for over 12 years as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Taxation Institute of Australia.
	Joanne Harrington Head Office and Accounts Manager Joanne has been the TFS office manager for five and a half years and handles all company accounts. Joanne is currently studying for a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from Western Australia’s Edith Cowan University.
	Ei Ei Lwin Assistant Accountant Ei Ei joined TFS group in November 2006 as Assistant Accountant. She has worked in administration and accounts roles since 2003. She currently deferred her studies for a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Marketing from Curtin University. Ei Ei holds Advance Diploma of Business Administration.
	Ian Thompson Sales & Marketing Director Ian is a former senior executive of News Corporation and has experience in marketing, public relations and human resource management. He was instrumental in the building and commissioning of a $100m printing plant for News Corporation in Perth.
	Mario Di Lallo Head of Sandalwood Products Division Mario has over 20 years experience in domestic and international sales & marketing together with previous experience in corporate and senior executive roles in listed public companies.
	Neville Pollard Sales & Marketing Manager Neville has joined TFS as the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement strategies to expand the company’s distribution network. He has in excess of 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, the last 7 years associated with boutique MIS schemes.
	Doug Martens Business Development Manager Doug joined TFS in August 2005 as the Business Development Manager. He has worked in a customer service role for the previous 17 years. Doug’s role within TFS is to expand our distribution networks within the financial services industry for our future projects.
	Danae Christensen Research Officer Danae works to provide ongoing research on the characteristics, opportunities and technologies in the Sandalwood market to assist TFS management with marketing strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Australia and was a research intern for Future Directions International. Danae is currently enrolled in a MBA at the University of Western Australia.
	Marina Radic Marketing Coordinator Marina has been with TFS since January 2001. She joined the team shortly after completing two Certificates of Business in Office Administration. Marina worked as the Receptionist and Administration Assistant to the TFS office and is now a part of the Marketing Team.
